Once the above process will be done , the package will be returned to our warehouse.If the return is approved you will be provided with an RMA form , Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
1. If a buyer is not satisfied or recieved damage product , a refund will be made within 30 days.
2. Returns should be in unused condition with all packaging intact and original tags.
3. Money will be credited back to his/her payment source depending on their processing time, once we have received the items and quality check is done.
4. For successfull returns and refund , fill in the Returns and Refund Form which is available in the "Returns and Refund Policy" section under your Lightshoes.in Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available for limited pincodes.
5. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable if there is any.
6. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
7. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then proceed for the new product.

No, we don't accept bulk order.
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order .So its better to add all your products in Bag before going for the checkout page.
