Exchanges and Replacements Process LightShoes
Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.
1. If buyer is not satisfied with our product or recieved the damage product then full refund or exchange will be made within 30 days. We offer both exchange and return options within 30 days of receiving your product. To get started, please visit the 'My Orders' section on our website or else kindly contact us via any medium mention on our "Contact" us page.
2. Returns should be in the unused condition with all packaging intact and original tags, after you initiated RETURN for your order, we will then initiate the process for a pick up as we will request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step and they would contact you and get the item picked up. The packing Instructions will be sent to you through email. In some cases if pickup is not available at the moment then we will request you to send it back to our warehouse. Such cases, we will refund your courier fee
3. Full Refund would be processed with in 2-3 days once the returned product reaches to our warehouse and quality check is done for the received items.
4. For proper exchange or replacement, fill in the same above form present under your return section in Lightshoes.in Account. And if you have placed the guest checkout then kindly visit th "Return" link diretly and fill the form for us.
5. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable if there is any and we are 100 % liable to pay any of your return shipping fee.
6. If you choose to self ship your product then you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss/damage during transit. All the self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a authentic courier service.
7. Note: For exchange and replacement, please follow the same mentioned form and procedure so that we will proceed to the new product for you.
